Purpose of processing personal data:
To report and describe to the general public any unsolicited bulk email
sent to Infinite Mho Oy and any conversations arising from the same,
and to thereby safeguard the rights and interests of the data controller
and any third parties who wish to make use of the data.

Description of data subjects:
Natural persons acting as representatives of any companies who attempt
to solicit the custom of Infinite Mho Oy through unsolicited bulk email.

Regular data sources:
All subjects have voluntarily entered this register through one of the
following methods:
1) Being mentioned as the people responsible in unsolicited bulk email
   their companies send to Infinite Mho Oy.
2) Responding to complaints that Infinite Mho Oy sends about their
   unsolicited bulk email.
3) Voluntarily contacting Infinite Mho Oy after reports of unsolicited
   bulk email sent by the business they represent have appeared on any
   web page maintained by Infinite Mho Oy for the purpose of reporting
   unsolicited bulk email sent to Infinite Mho Oy.

Data transfer:
Read-only access to the data is available to the general public anywhere.

Data protection:
The register resides on a web server to which the general public is
intended to have read-only access. Making new entries and changes to
existing entries require a user account on the server. User accounts
are protected by passwords and public key cryptography. The server
itself is protected against unauthorised network access by a firewall.
The server is located in a secure datacentre and therefore protected
against unauthorised physical access by multiple access control
mechanisms.
