SGI Depot. Note that Ian provides a far better and more experienced
service - but he's far away in Scotland...
Post-sales support for SGI equipment and IRIX OS issues is available,
as well as consulting for all matters related to SGI issues in general.
Generally speaking, all systems will be sold with a hard drive, IRIX
6.5.30 including everything installed, final configuration (root password,
network setup etc.) to be completed by the customer.

It found a new home. :)
Origin 200
Unfortunately the miles on this were exhausted. It fried itself and found a new home in the electronics recycling wastebasket in early 2016.
We currently have one (or two, if preferred, as it can be split in
two near-identical parts): a fully loaded dual-tower configuration
(8U, that is, two 4U units CrayLinked together) with 4 * R10k @ 180 MHz
(two with 2MB secondary caches, two with 1MB) and 4 GB RAM.

We also have a spare CrayLink cable for the Origin 200 that can
be used to link together any two Origin 200 chassis into a single
system image.
Octane
We currently have five;
- a dual-175 MHz R10k with 768 MB RAM and SE graphics (fully functional)

- another dual-175 MHz R10k (apparently something wrong with it, haven't even checked yet)
- a single-250 R10k with 256 MB and SE (does not boot up, even to the diagnostics; PSU does power on; a more detailed diagnostic to follow).
- a single-300 R12k with 1 GB and SE (somehow malfunctioning)
- a single-300 R12k (haven't checked, but should be OK)
as well as spare CPU modules (a dual-175 R10k and some single R10k's of various speeds).

O2
We currently have two;
- a 200 MHz R5k O2 with 512 MB RAM (AV card installed)

NB the left audio input on the AV card is not functional
- a 350 MHz R7k O2+ with 256 MB RAM (AV card and Presenter board required
for stereographics operation installed)

as well as an audio-only card and an O2Cam available. Both are fully
functional.

We currently have one:
- a 600 MHz R14k with 512 MB RAM and V12 graphics - does not boot up (and a spare CPU, too)
